KC HVAC Savers is amazing. It?s like comparing a Master Craftsman to an occasional DIYer. Last fall, we were using one of its major local competitors that is run like a private equity firm; all hat, no cattle. They sent their newbie tech out to do an A/C maintenance call, and he didn?t do something correctly. Before he came out, our A/C was working well. The next day, all the R22 was out; no cooling. They sent out a salesman who said, ?I?m surprised they sent out a tech to service such an old (22 years old) unit.? He said that losing all of the R22 in one day rarely happens. Tell me about it. He gave us a quote on a new A/C with a ?free furnace?. (If you hear that, find a new HVAC contractor right away.) Since it was tolerable without A/C, we chose to wait. OMG am I glad we did. I contacted KC HVAC Savers on a Sunday and left a message. I received a call back the same day, even though they were closed. The director of operations and development, Alan Cardonzo was able to answer all of my questions. Mr. Cardonzo had an opening on Monday and set up an appointment with a technician. The technician (Ian) arrived promptly, was professional, very polite and clearly explained the process of installing a humidifier. Ian answered all of my questions on how the humidifier would alleviate the dry air in my home. I felt completely confident in Ian’s expertise and how professional he was. I would highly recommend KC HVAC Savers to anyone looking for a company who puts the customer’s needs first.

We had Lennox system for 19 years, heating exchanger is rusting, humidifier was broken as well. KC hvac replaced all. In order to have heat on same day, Ian worked very hard with no breaker. He is knowledgeable, did most of the work all by himself except help hand to carry heavy units. Allen supervised the whole process to make sure everything go well. He quickly resolved any questions. They did an excellent job job.

I have been a home owner for nearly 40 years. This industry changed from customer service to what I consider greed, misinformations, and scare tactics. What I found truly by accident by walking by my neighbors house to get the mail was a very polite service technician servicing my neighbors home. I was curious about his company and really felt he was sincere and truly educated about his trade. I asked my neighbor after he left what his experience was to find out that they do many of their friends homes too and they had nothing but great things to say. In fact they even stated that two other high profile companies in Kansas City were trying to sell them on a new system and all their problems on a 10 year old Lennox and they just wanted another perspective of hope to get by for a few more years. Lo and behold their Technician at KC HVAC SAVERS fixed the issues for just under $300 and it has lasted for years and works like new. This company is the real deal. Truly family oriented and even offers Senior discounts. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

Quick response and wonderful tech. Best experience I have had with getting a repair on my system. Did not try to sell me a bunch of extras that were unnecessary, explained what was wrong, and got my system fixed quickly. Pricing was very reasonable for the repair and better than what I was quoted from other companies.
