"They jack hammered around the outside wall of bedroom and bathroom downstairs, tore out part of the wall between bathroom and bedroom and took out about 2 feet from the floe up of each affected wall. They laid the drains, and dug the hole for the sump in the closet between the bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, at some point concrete dust got into the water drain pipes. This caused drainage problems which I noticed 2 days later after they had repaired the walls and laid new concrete and cleaned up the mess. "Email communication was hit-or-miss. Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update. The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great. It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece. It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though. The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well. I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again. "
