The sales professional for my area was Chris Hammac. He helped me with the process and understanding what I was getting. The company matched another quote I received, had a lot better warranty and added some additional work the other quote wouldnâ t do. The crew that came out ( Tyler, Justin, Clayton, Josh , and Draven), were very fast, they did the whole job in about 4.5 hours.( about 96 ft of drain tile, and a 30 ft dig to the dry well they installed) They did a great job, I couldnâ t have asked for more. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

Overall i am satisfied except with the gutters they installed, they leak at almost every joint and pool water in a couple of spots. Do not let these guys install your gutters. Travis will promise you the world and mostly deliver."
