"We have an old home that always had drain backup issues. We would call a plumber it seemed about every 5 months to clear a backup. After another backup, we called 2 companies prior to finding this one. R Mech didnâ t fix the issue at all after sending two technicians out. The second was Roto Rooter and they tried to unblock the drain without success, scoped the drain and said the main sewer line had to be completely taken out to fix the problem costing about $10k! Thankfully I called CJ and he was SUPER accommodating and came to our house in very short notice, found the issue with the camera, showed us everything that was going on, was able to puncture a hole through the roots, causing all the problems, so that we could at least function in our house. He was able to come out the NEXT DAY to dig up the bad line and replace it! I couldn't be happier to have this ongoing issue finally resolved for good and at a reasonable price! "Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.
