Pro was confident and communicative -- we talked about budget and timeline beforehand so I scheduled my first project with tempered expectations. He was able to handle all three of my projects in about an hour, which saved me so much stress and money! Will be working with Watson from now on.

I had a leak indicated from an inspection report. John and Watson came out to look and were able to get underneath the crawlspace to fix the issue. There was a slope with the laundry pipe and a small leak in the water line which they addressed. They were quick on response and fixes. They let me know they were going to be a bit late from an emergency fix but that was much appreciated because I didn’t have to wait wondering where they where at. Great communication goes a long way.

Robert Watson and one of his sons, John, came to my home to solve myriad plumbing problems that had been overlooked by a home inspector during the home purchase. They gave expert advice, including multiple options, and once decisions were made they spent one very long day fixing everything from sewer lines, pipes, appliances both large and small, to showers and toilets. In that one day I went from water pouring down from my kitchen ceiling through the cabinets, two unusable bathrooms, and a sewer leak in my basement to a pristine, leak-free home environment that is move-in ready. I am hiring Watson Plumbing again to address some storm drain issues that previous plumbers have been unable to fix. With utmost confidence, I highly recommend the Watsons for their excellent, diligent service, their workmanship and product knowledge, and their reasonable price. Also, they left every workspace clean and removed the old fixtures, as well as the packaging from the new fixtures. 10/10!

Rob Watson was helpful in explaining how to use and change out my whole home filter and softener. He installed both within a few hours. The filter and softener were just recently installed, so I can?t speak to how well they?re working just yet.
