This is the first time we have used Hostess Carpet Care. They arrived on time and measured the area we wanted cleaned, telling us before they started what the cost would be. It was nice not to have to get an estimate first and then wait for another day for the work to be done. HOST carpet cleaning is a dry cleaning method and the carpet is not left wet.
