"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

Since my family was in the construction business, I was familiar with the things he explained and knew he was being honest. The price quoted was commensurate with the value, so we opted to go with Champion for our new windows. We are happy enough with them that next we're getting a quote from them for replacement siding. "I'm a very happy customer. Crew was on time every day. Clean-up was done daily. Everyone from sales personal, office & customer service personal and crew were very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my question. Everyone was very pleasant. The job was completed on time. Within a short time, we notice the humidity level was so much better. Are windows, doors and floor were not sticking or jamming or warping any longer. We have had rain and no leaks in basement. I am a very satisfied customer."
