JK was on it immediately. He called me back and we set up a time to meet. He met me at 8 am on a Saturday. He was so nice and so very professional. We discussed the project and my expectations. He promised the bid by Monday and Sunday the bid was in my "in box". The number was very reasonable. I accepted and a start date was discussed. JK is the real deal. He does exactly what he says he will do and does a great job! He and his brother were such hard workers! They worked out in the horrible heat & never complained.
