"What they did for me was to raise and level my floors and install a floor joist where there had never been one. My home is 114 years old and has been neglected. After the initial work was done, I wasn't "happy" and had questions about how and why things were done, within 24 hours of voicing my concerns Tony, Ryan and Chris were at my front door. They explained the changes and showed me a problem I still had but will be solved when I have my new flooring installed. 2 day later Chris and his crew (I wasn't home, so I am not sure who all came with him). came out and resolved my concerns and went beyond what I expected them to do."

"Andy Helped take on multiple projects on multiple properties. He Removed multiple roof vents and replaced with a ridge vent. Fixed siding left in disarray by previous contractor. Installed new siding. Hung chain link gate. Fix chain link fence. Helped build 30x96 foot greenhouse with ridge vent. Very knowledgeable in many areas of construction and maintenance and has a Keen eye for square and level."

"Marvin has done many projects at my house since March 2025—for example, replaced drywall, installed insulation, installed blinds and curtain rods, replaced boards in my deck, repaired furniture, installed cabinets, and built bookshelves. "This repair went well. I am very satisfied with Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. I would highly recommend Southern Grace Exteriors to anyone needing home roof work.
