Since my family was in the construction business, I was familiar with the things he explained and knew he was being honest. "Kyle responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I sent a picture of what we needed fixed. He gave me a reasonable quote and came out the same day and got it done. He repaired a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and ripped off in a storm. He fixed that and then proactively repaired and reinforced some other areas that were likely to come loose down the road. Great work."

"We called Southern Grace Exteriors to inspect the roof of a rental property we own in Hilton Head, SC. Our management company said we needed a new roof .... and that they could do it quickly for a HUGE price. We decided to get a second opinion and called Southern Grace. They showed up on time, climbed up on the roof with me and told us that our roof was just fine - probably had 10 more years left. They also said that whoever told us we needed a new roof didn't know what they were talking about. Honest and straight forward - a refreshing change to the norm for many contractors.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
