"Sam did a major overhaul on an outbuilding at our new shop in Union, MO to turn it into and office. New roof, flooring, repaired lots of water damage, paint, and cleanup. The work was done in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable. They stayed within budget and let me add on a couple things. 😁"

"Marvin has done many projects at my house since March 2025—for example, replaced drywall, installed insulation, installed blinds and curtain rods, replaced boards in my deck, repaired furniture, installed cabinets, and built bookshelves. He is very reliable, does excellent work, and charges a reasonable hourly rate. I recommend him highly."

"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. I would highly recommend Southern Grace Exteriors to anyone needing home roof work.
