"I bought them in May and I won't get my windows finished supposingly sometime in February they've ordered them three times and they all came in wrong after six measurements and a bunch of damage to my home I will never hire them again. He repaired a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and ripped off in a storm. He fixed that and then proactively repaired and reinforced some other areas that were likely to come loose down the road. Great work."

"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

"He was hired to convert a brand new furnace that was natural gas over to propane. He put the wrong orifices in and burnt up the heat exchange and destroyed the furnace. We verified with another company that he did indeed install the wrong orifices that destroyed the furnace thus making the warranty for the original furnace null and void. He is not answering our calls after finding out that we wanted to be reimbursed for the new furnace that had to be purchased."
