The team that handled the mold removal and installation of products were very professional and also explained everything they were doing in detail along with pictures. Another team had to replace a small of boards ( They were incredible) An Electrician came to run wiring for the dehumidifier and he was also great person and over exceeded my expectations. Also I must add that the Dehumidifier was very high quality commercial grade ! I googled the cost of the product and was shocked at the price of it. All I can say is WOW about this whole process. I had called several companies, I am so thankful that none of the other companies even answered their phones and by the time they called me back Planet Green was halfway done with the job! I highly recommend this company, there is not one thing that could have been done any better. It seems customer service is so hard to find these days but they got it right!"

"Jimmy the Plumber is excellent. He arrived to give us an estimate to install a new water heater and water softener. Upon seeing we were without hot water, he stayed and completed the job. Later that night we had some issues with our water heater and filter. I texted Jimmy and he responded saying he would be at our home at 7:30 am. First they handled their bid to do the job in a first class way by itemizing their bid( none of the other companies that bid would itemize) giving me examples of the bare minimum that had to be done, what they thought needed to be done and then what additional things that could be done for extra protectionâ ¦ When the bid came in I was overjoyed to find the difference was so large between them and the other companies and that combined with the fact that they were a local family owned business really sealed the deal!!!
