Simply, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a professional crew of any kind. From call back, estimates, scheduling, communication, friendliness, honesty, care for my property, safety precautions, and follow up, Stephen, Kalvin, Jose and Bryce did it right!!! The worst business I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. I have waited a long time to write a review to ensure I had all of the facts and would be less emotional in my statement. Originally they came out, quoted us a price for our basement and our garage. We signed the contract electronically with the representative. The first mistake they made was never sending us a copy of the contract, or emailing it to us. Next they came out and did our basement, which was an awful experience as well. They were rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. They left our back door open for the entire duration they were here (4-6ish hours) even though we repeatedly told them we had cats, they did not care (even though it was in winter/late fall and was cold as well). They did not finish the work, stating that the representative was wrong and they could not do it. Then they left a huge mess in our basement that they never cleaned up. Lastly they told us that the garage work was ?impossible? and they

This is based on Quote only. We have not had work completed yet, it is scheduled. He did take a long time with us going over everything so we knew exactly what he is planning on doing. He also explained the difference in materials he plans to use with different parts of the job. The services they offered was above what others was offering even though their prices were a little higher.

I hired them to raise my driveway. There were four areas that needed attention, they were only able to raise two spots. Claimed there was driveway creep as to why they couldnt fix the other two areas. After talking to the salesman when the workers left, he said saw no indication of this when he was here. After researching driveway creep, I do not have this problem. The company finally agreed to refund a small portion of what I paid. Would I hire them again? NO!!!

David â Macâ McDaniel was my certified field inspector and from the first conversation over the phone to the moment he left my home after conducting an inspection he was polite, professional and easy to understand and talk to. He was eager to answer all of my questions and to make sure I was satisfied with the information he provided for the work that needs to be done on my home. Mac is very much the kind of person that treats you (and your pets) like family. The company also provides a plethora of information and resolutions to any of your foundation needs. Used Angi to book appointments for Thursday. Got a text asking to reschedule for Friday at 11. No one showed up or answered the phone I got a text from. Downloaded the Angie App and contacted FRS. They told me their system shows it as canceled. They also said they don't do the type of work I needed done. Why would you take the job then and waste days of my time when I'm in need of an emergency repair??? Not cool at all!

Since the work was done, installed sump pumps with battery backup, installed tube drain around inside perimeter of crawl space, etc, it has rained heavily for a week. The new system is working great with no flooding of crawl space, thus saving the furnace that is in crawl space. I highly recommend this company. The 3 men that did the work were courteous, worked hard and kept me informed of their progress. Great company!

life throws u curveballs and when our floor started sagging, we knew we needed help. we contacted the company and within days we had an estimate. nathaneal brewer, the field inspector, came out and made sure we understood what all needed doing, and how to fix it. he took pictures of the damaged areas, and made it easy to understand, and how to finance it all. the work date was set, and the crew, that came in, foreman, jozef and his helpers miike and garrett were very polite and easy to work with, they let us know what was happening and why, got along with our animals and worked hard to help us in an efficient and fast way to get it done. the work was done in a way that did not interrupt our daily life and faster than expected. a few glitches were address immediately and we would recommend that crew and foundation recovery to anyone needing it. thanks you guys

Had our crawl space incapsulated with Trevorâ ¦..Tanner and Eduardo from the Springfield office and they killed it. They went above and beyond to make us happy and our mold issues are over. Poor quality of work removing i interior walls and 2 x 4 and 2x2 and metal striping that held up paneled ceining, lots of unnecessary materials destroyed. Very informational. Cut copper water line I had to supply part to repair, then had no water at stool or sink, had repair myself... I am very unhappy with their work. I am 81 yrs old and I had a Son to pass away the evening before they started to work, I could not be here everyday to watch the young workers. Workers surely need more training... My basement was a disaster and I thinking I will be unable to get it repaired in my lifetime. It sure was not worth the amount of money I had to pay, was unable to get the information and help I needed from managers, or anyone else when I wanted I had questions, I am so overwhelmed and so disappointed with the way they treated and information that they should of told me
