After a month w/o ac Brandi and David went out of their way to makebsure we got some. David was very upfront, honest, and fair. I appreciated his determination to try to help us fix a part to our ac. When ultimately he couldn't he again was honest about the sale of our new unit. Working with a local company has been amazing. The install moved super quickly and we now have ice cold ac. "Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."
