"Smouse Brothers did a wonderful job on taking care of the moisture in my crawl space!!! First they handled their bid to do the job in a first class way by itemizing their bid( none of the other companies that bid would itemize) giving me examples of the bare minimum that had to be done, what they thought needed to be done and then what additional things that could be done for extra protectionâ ¦ When the bid came in I was overjoyed to find the difference was so large between them and the other companies and that combined with the fact that they were a local family owned business really sealed the deal!!! On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like.
