It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend Moonlight Renovations, and I will be hiring them again. One of their characteristics that I valued the most was the responsiveness. Whenever I left a message, they got back to me right away. I always knew what was going on and what the schedule was. They went far beyond my expectations. They did little things, like cleaning out their equipment so I could use the garage on the weekends. I didn't expect that and didn't ask for it, but they did it without my saying anything. "We contracted Casey Construction for a master bathroom remodel that gutted it to the studs but left the same footprint--something that we would typically do ourselves but didn't have time for now--I call this out, because we're picky especially when it comes to quality. I didn't have a complete design planned out, but knew I didn't want a cookie-cutter remodel, so beyond the remodel construction, Julie Casey helped me come up with an up to date, attractive design with our stated budget that will hold up over time. The Casey's and the onsite crew were easy to work with from the beginning, always professional and we never had any concerns leaving the crew alone if we weren't home. Of course, I asked for changes as the work was being done, and the Caseys always provided quotes and alternatives up front so I could decide if/how we wanted to proceed. Even with our changes, they finished the project just one week past their original estimate but this was based on reset expectations. We're super happy with the results and workmanship, something we could tell everyone with the Casey team also took pride in. We love our new space! We have other updates in the future and will definitely be using them for these."

"They were recommended to us. Our 1/2-bath remodel was done in 2022. Watch what you pay. While their work was great, our 1-week project turned into 3 weeks plus without discussing it with us. He handed us a bill for $2,400.00 more than he bid, which we agreed to. His excuse was that it took longer to do some things than he expected. Not our problem. He kept saying no big deal and how long he had been doing this, so he should have known how long it would take to do things. We clearly outlined in writing what needed to be done. We discussed everything. We pointed out the termite damage, so he knew about that. He knew he'd have to build out the walls to put in a shelf. He threw away a wax ring for the toilet, then spent half a day driving around trying to find one that worked. His son would not show sometimes, so he said it took him longer because he needed his son help. Several days he did not show because he worked on another job. There were no hidden surprises on our end. We did not ask for additional things to be done. We stuck to our list. We bought the tile, shower base, shower door, shower head [and raised it up], new vent/light, and toilet. All they had to do was tear out the old, install the new in a half bath, and get any supplies he needed to do the job. His bid was $6,400.00, but we ended up paying $9,561.70 [$921.70 was tools and materials]. He charged us for an extra 14 hours at $160.00 per hour. His last day, he walked in and handed me a bill with the additional amount. What if we did not have that extra money? Why did he not tell us ahead of time that it was going to cost more? He just acted like it was no big deal; it was more than he bid, and we should have no problem paying the additional amount, which again, we were not made aware of and did not agree on. Of course I paid it, then kicked myself later. We should have paid what he bid, and if he wanted the rest, told him to take us to court."

"I can't believe the beautiful roof that I now have on my property. I have had others quotes $20,000.00 and over to have this huge roof done. They done it for a much better price that was more achievable for me. Very professional and knowledgeable of roofs. I was afraid to even get quotes because I knew it was going to be a major undertaking for this job but Hans treated it like it was no big deal. What a wonderful young man to deal with. "We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"
