"Susan, Your frustration is understandable, and we're completely empathetic to your experience with our company. Through your job, we had some unfortunate growing pains and part of those pains was poor communication and project management on our end. And for that, we are truly sorry. And you are 100% correct, the Project Manager assigned to your job did a very poor job, and as a result, was let go from the company when customer experiences like yours were brought to our attention. Since then, we've done everything we can to remedy the situations caused by this individual. If we fell flat against your expectations, we are sorry. We take our customer satisfaction seriously, and when we do not meet those expectations, we feel that and we try to make ourselves better. We've since restructured how we vet, hire, train, and evaluate our Project Managers to ensure our customer's experience is a positive one.
