"They were very efficient. All windows in our rental house were removed and replaced with new windows in one day. All old siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding on the second day. In two days the entire job was complete. Amazing when it was very cold outside in December. The salesman was awesome. Any time we had a question or problem, we could call him and he always took care of it. They were also very responsive and followed up with any issues. A couple of the windows had moisture issues in the winter months and they came back and checked the seals and fixed them. We have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). "When I found out my chimney siding was Masonite (who the heck knows why someone would use that on the exterior )! I changed the scope to replace the siding on the entire chimney above the roof. Easton declined to do that work. However they were very responsive to my initial request and their price was reasonable. I decided to patch the hole myself and postpone bids to replace the siding on the entire chimney when I save up the money required."

"I entered a review back in July 2013. The quality of the windows (Atrium) are very good and providing needed helpful insulation from the elements. The demo and installation went pretty smoothly. The really only major complaint I had was the crew's attention to detail, and their final clean-up was not as good as out it could/should have been. Also, the crew got white caulking on my newly installed black roofing shingles, at the front of my home, which can still be seen."

Been in the handyman field for a while with some experience in deck building, siding, trim(interior and exterior), backsplash and tile work as well. Ive done some plumbing and garage door services and now for full time I build high end metal building! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
