Fantastic! You would be amiss if you don't hire Rob. While a little on the expensive side, his attention to detail is outstanding.

They did an excellent job. They used 60 bottles of caulk to make sure everything was sealed correctly. Everything was superb! They also painted our intricate front fence.

A very stressful situation with Rob and Kearney Interior Exterior Painting & Repair . I was almost in tears as we looked over the shoddy work he left us with. It actually had been going well on about 3 sides of the house when he was doing the work but then I feel like something happened between myself and Rob that caused a disconnect that I really don't understand. He talked on the phone instead of doing the work. He was very intrusive (reading newspapers that were delivered to our home, doing yard work/painting without even asking, picking up our dogs droppings, etc) and he was very rude. On top of all that after getting a 1300 dollar deposit upfront he later, before the work was done, asked for a 1500 dollar draw as well. That was the last straw. He was not worth the wait, and I would not recommend him at all.

They did an excellent job. Their attention to detail is incredible. I would definitely use them again. The project will not go fast because of the quality of work that they do and He and his wife are the only ones that work for the company. This isn't a complaint, but you don't want to be in a hurry due to the quality of the work that they perform.

When Rob came to bid the job, it was apparent that he is an expert & knows the correct materials to use in every situation.  The price was a little more than we had planned, but he was well recommended & we were looking for a quality paint job.  We were not disappointed in any way.
Rob & his wife Oo-ee (guessing on spelling of nickname) arrived promptly on the specified date with all the materials necessary to do the job.  They are both very friendly & professional.  Each day Oo-ee came promptly & worked for the entire day.  Sometimes she was joined by Rob.  Every evening before leaving for home, she vacuumed the area & tidied up.
Oo-ee was very meticulous in her work.  Our rooms required a lot of repairing & she is a perfectionist -  exactly what we were looking for in a painter.  It's evident that Ooyee takes pride in her work - & she should. Our walls are beautiful.
The wall covering that they put up on the entry wall was something new to them.  It was pieces.  Some had to be cut to size.  Then they were glued up, caulked & painted.  No surprise ... the wall turned out beautifully!
We are so glad Kearney Interior Exterior Painting & Repair was recommended to us by a friend. Rob & his wife are excellent at what they do.  Both of them are artists.  We would never consider having anyone else paint our house.  If you could see our walls, you'd choose them every time too.

They did a great job. It was a good price and a great job. I'd recommend them to anybody. I've recommended them to others. They did a much nicer job than a would have done on my own. They know all the little tricks and the nuances they do to make things look better. They're professional. They were nice people.

Let me start by saying that the wife is very smart, and I trust her opinion; however, she looks to her husband for the final decision, and he is not as sharp as she is. For starters, he will tell you life stories while on the clock, and charge you for the time. Secondly, his ladder punctured a hole in my shingles, which had to be repaired by another company (at my expense). If you never get up on your roof, you may not discover this type of damage until a leak starts.

Above all, he found out that the water damage to the siding was more severe than he had originally anticipated, and he continued the work without notifying me. He charged me $330 (more than 2x the estimate). The condition of the siding was worse than before, and I had to hire another contractor to replace everything for an additional $2300.

I expected that a hired contractor would notify me as soon as he or she realized that they were going to charge more than double the original estimate.

I am rating an "F" for quality because I received absolutely zero value for the $330 spent, and I would have cut my losses at $150 if he had brought the issue to my attention earlier.

This was the second time recently we have used Kearney painting We hired them to spruce up the interior of our house before putting it on the market. They do a very good job, are meticulous in their work and take pride in their work. Would definitely use again and recommend.

They did an excellent job in every aspect of the work we asked them to do. These were not "fun" jobs to do and they were not all in the same room. He handled these "headache" jobs with professionalism and care and were are extremely pleased with the outcome. I feel like we certainly got our money's worth. Very nice people and a pleasure to do business with. I will absolutely use them again when I need painting done.

Rob and his wife Oui, were maximium in their detail and finish work.  My wife uses a wheel chair and they were considerate in their preperation and timing of when each room was started and completed.  It took them 6 days from start to finish.

I spoke with Rob Finley of Kearney Painting and showed him the balcony. He called an asked to stop by with Brad Dingley. Brad is an experienced home builder and remodeler. Brad looked at the job, checked some prices and offered me a very acceptable bid.

On the agreed upon date, Brad showed up on time and went right to work. To my surprise he worked completely from outside ladders. He was extremely professional. He demolished the old balcony and proceeded to replace it with new wood, properly fastened. He worked quietly and with skill. He had the right tools and knew exactly what needed to be done and did it skillfully and quickly. He kept to our agreed on timeline, actually finishing the job earlier than I expected. There had been an ongoing problem with birds nesting on the balcony. Brad solved this by covering the underside with plastic coated metal mesh to keep the birds out.

I am extremely pleased with the results. Brad was a pleasure to work with and exuded quiet confidence that was inspiring. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob Finley and Brad Dingley for any house maintenance task.

Rob has a true passion for his craft that is rarely seen these days. We purchased a new home and had a small time window to get the house painted before our move in date. Rob and his wife worked very hard to meet our schedule and completed the job on time as promised. They did not compromise quality for speed either the work completed is stunning and we are very pleased. Kearney painting is a joy to work with they did an excellent job and kept us informed of their progress daily. This is a family business and you will be dealing with the owner of the company which is a plus. We will use Kearney Painting again in the future and will recommend them to others.

Was on vacation at the time and called me back from Florida.  Indicated that he would be back in early sept. and could provide estimate at that time if I needed one.   He did follow up when he returned from his vacation.   I appreciate this kind of follow up and expect that his painting performance would probably match his attention to this detail.
