"Excellent! Bill with Concept Renovations LLC did an excellent job on the complete ceiling replacement in our attic bedroom, and we fully recommend Concept Renovations LLC. We will be contacting his team again for any future needs. Bill responded promptly within a packed schedule, set up a walkthrough ASAP, and helpfully answered all of our questions with patience and detail, including an outline of the project’s steps within the quote. As first-time homeowners, hiring for our first major project (having received several quotes previously), working with Bill was a huge relief: We’d been told by other contractors that we’d have to hire multiple teams to handle each step of the renovation, but after Bill reviewed the plan, he tackled all items competently, completely, and promptly, above and beyond our satisfaction. (I myself had worked drywall construction for a few years, with a comprehensive team that handled all steps as well; this project was beyond my personal scope, but we’d known it was possible for a pro to handle all aspects. Thankfully we found Bill to do exactly that!) Absolutely professional-quality work. We’re able to look up at our gorgeous new drywall ceiling, (replacing the decades-old material that had literally been falling down around us!) and sleep in peace knowing our family is safe in our home. Thank you Bill with Concept Renovations LLC."

"Work completed: 08/21/20 *Touch up and trim painting *Roof Soffit repair The handyman was very professional and he arrived on time as scheduled. We are very pleased with the work completed. "We contracted Casey Construction for a master bathroom remodel that gutted it to the studs but left the same footprint--something that we would typically do ourselves but didn't have time for now--I call this out, because we're picky especially when it comes to quality. I didn't have a complete design planned out, but knew I didn't want a cookie-cutter remodel, so beyond the remodel construction, Julie Casey helped me come up with an up to date, attractive design with our stated budget that will hold up over time. The Casey's and the onsite crew were easy to work with from the beginning, always professional and we never had any concerns leaving the crew alone if we weren't home. Of course, I asked for changes as the work was being done, and the Caseys always provided quotes and alternatives up front so I could decide if/how we wanted to proceed. Even with our changes, they finished the project just one week past their original estimate but this was based on reset expectations. We're super happy with the results and workmanship, something we could tell everyone with the Casey team also took pride in. We love our new space! We have other updates in the future and will definitely be using them for these."

"This company gets 5 stars from me. Very professional their design consultant, Destiny Davis answered all our questions and helped us pick out our dream shower. The installers Kenneth K. And Austin Hammonds did a fantastic job installing and answering all our questions."

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"We met with our designer, Christopher and he came up with a design plan to fit our needs that was within our budget. Our designer was very easy to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure he provided us with his own design ideas while at the same time incorporating them into what our personal style and taste are. It was great to have a design/sales person who stayed in touch with us and our project manager from start to finish to make sure the remodeling process was a good experience for us. We love our new kitchen and living room and are glad we had such a great experience remodeling our home! Thanks Christopher and the Jericho remodeling team!

"Austin fixed our broken old kitchen into something we can show off. He listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us engineer solutions to any unexpected issues. He's just one guy with a lot on his plate but that didn't stop him from showing up and doing amazing work until the project was done and done right."

"David is great to work with. He is reliable and professional and delivers exactly what he promises. We are about halfway through the design process on our kitchen and 2nd floor projects and it has been much easier and less stressful thanks to David's help. We look forward to continuing working with him."
