"I would suggest if you use Jericho that you get other bids. They sell their services and products as being exceptional to justify their higher price. Their work is average at best. They installed new shower and closed walls up after they left I turned on the shower and it didnt work. They had to come back out and open the wall again to fix the shower. After they left we turned on the shower and the drain didnt work. They had to come back and remove material from the drain that came from the demo. the quality of the products used is questionable. we had cabinet doors warped and split and we are still waiting for replacements. They have been responsive to fix their errors but according to their sales hype they do quality work with quality product. That did not happen on our project"

"My expectations were high but Sonny delivered. He did a beautiful job on my basement remodel. I had no idea how to layout or design my space so he came up with a unique and gorgeous design. Custom details throughout! From the wet bar and tile work my home stands out above the typical home. He took a blank space and made a beautiful place for my family to gather . Sonny was on budget and on time with no surprises or unexpected cost. I never worried about his work ethic he was there daily, on time working all day completing tasks as promised. Start to finish from an empty basement to completed family room, bath, bedroom and storage in 5 weeks. I highly recommend him for your next project!"

"Awful installation. One issue after another. The project was "finished" March 2024. 1) Damage to property The installation process seemed to go smoothly, but upon inspection, I noted a ripped screen, damaged windowsill, and a shorn tree trunk (small tree out in front). Clearly it was done from something falling off the roof during installation. I took photos. I sent them to the project manager (via text and email). No response. I got a call from the marketing department asking if my home (and myself) could be featured on the website. I said, sure. Fix my ripped screen first! The marketer said that she'd contact the project manager directly. She did. Finally, 2 hours later after 6 days of silence, the project manager gets back to me. He said, "I saw the photos. I asked my crew. They said that it was like that before". My response: No. It wasn't. He then said that he'd be out the next day to fix it himself. He never showed. He FINALLY showed up an finally fixed the shredded screen. (I didn't mention the squashed downspout). 2) A tile from the roof came off. I contacted the original point man, and he came out immediately to re-attach it. 3) We noticed water damage to the ceiling in the bedroom. Multiple places where there was CLEARLY water getting into the house. I've tried 3 times now to get a response. Nothing so far. AVOID THIS COMPANY."

"I would give Shawn Marsh 6 stars if I could. 100% professional job from start to finish. Excellent communications throughout. First class work. We needed a bathroom door extended to enable an unplanned visiting family member who is wheelchair bound to be able to use the bathroom. Shawn responded to my request on Angi in less than 24 hours. He came out and provided an estimate within 72 hours. Got the job completed on schedule and it looks great. Will use Shawn Marsh in the future for all our construction/renovation work."
