The owner came out for the estimate and he was on site on several occasions to monitor the progress of the repair and address any questions that arose. Hie crew was very professional, and did an excellent job repairing our deck. They removed all debris and did a thorough job cleaning up at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to my friends and neighbors.

David and his team did great work on my front porch. David came out and gave me and upfront cost of the porch along with rough estimates of the size. He gave me a loose time line of when he thought he could get the work done. It was during his busiest time of year and he was still able to fit me in his schedule in a fairly short time frame. Once it got closer to build time I worked with David and did the tear out myself. One of his guys came out and gave me an exact idea of how the porch would look when they were finished. My wife and I were extremely pleased with how it turned out. We now how a place to sit outside and enjoy the evening while the sun goes down. Thanks again David!

Your deck remodel was finished with precision in 3 days - all quoted work completed. At conclusion, you launched into a bizarre expletive laced rant on having to "rush home from shopping" to pay. The whole experience with Manning Deck and Remodel was great from start to finish! David was professional and helpful in recommendations on how best to tackle the rebuild of a rotted deck. Everything was spelled out ahead of time. No Surprises. The two gentlemen that did the work were prompt, and VERY experienced, and got to work right away. The whole job went off without a hitch. We recently had our old deck removed and replaced with new. We were so pleased with Manning Deck and Remodel. Dave was very prompt to come out to give us an estimate. He gave us ideas which helped us decide what we wanted to do. Plus we checked out the online photos of all the decks they had constructed. That was so helpful. Dave, his father, Steve, and Kevin were all great workers. They were so dependable, very kind, and just genuine â good guysâ who do great work. We enjoyed having them around and they were so trustworthy. All work was done in a timely manner and they kept us updated. They were very tidy and organized also. I highly recommend Manning Deck.

He also provided updates along the way and completed the deck repair beautifully and in a timely manner. He stained it and added light post. Wonderful experience! David and his team were kind, courteous, and communicated through the design and build process. They replaced a large deck, modified a upper deck, and added two pergolas. It looks amazing! David listened to our needs and created a space we will enjoy for years. The wood is hand selected by him to ensure the quality of deck his company stands behind. David and his crew were great!! They completed a complete teardown and redesign/build of a new deck. David hand picks your lumber to make sure all pieces are perfect. The crew was kind, courteous, and very skilled. They finished in no time at all, were clean, communicated clearly through all of our check-ins with each other, and made sure that I was happy every step of the way.
