"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "Clint started off strong as a handyman. His workmanship was excellent, his rates were fair, and he was pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, there began to be recurring issues with schedule management and timely communication, which negatively impacted my projects. A miscommunication ultimately led to offense being taken, and he abruptly discontinued work via text without notice to my surprise. Disappointed though I am, I?m thankful for the work he was able to do and wish him all the best as I start the process again to secure another handyman for my remaining items and to have on hand for regular maintenance in the long term. "Hired them 9/6/2025. They sent out a third party to measure the home. That third party never provided Evolution the measurements. Evolution sent out another third party and they measured the house at something like 2,400 sq ft. We were provided a draft of the house and almost all the measurements were off. We communicated with Eliza and Collin but the corrected drafts were inaccurate as well. All we were trying to do was convert a golf cart garage to a closet and connect an existing bathroom to that closet, which would have increased our square footage from 1,490 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft. We sent the accurate measurements that we took ourselves to Eliza on November 18, 2025. Today is December 29, and despite a follow up call to Collin a few weeks ago we still haven?t heard anything from her. Fortunately we only spent a few thousand dollars on these clowns and have now found a reputable local company who has many more five star reviews on Yelp and this site. Avoid them at all costs!!"

"At first glance, the house looked great after it was cleaned. Came back a few days later to make sure everything was done correctly?. A lot of things were missed. No cabinets were wiped out or vacuumed. Exterior of fridge wasn?t touched at all, still had years worth of dust on the top. The inside of both the microwave and oven weren?t even touched. Those are just the major items? no need to list out everything here. The one thing that showed a night and day difference was the carpet but still that didn?t look amazing. I paid for a deep clean move out service and instead got a surface level clean you?d expect from a normal cleaning. Not satisfied at all as I?ll have to have someone else come fix what they didn?t do before a tenant can move in. Reached out to Carlos to discuss the issues but no response from him after payment was sent. Not sure how that is helpful with retaining customers but whatever. I?d give zero stars if I could."
