"Getting service these days has turned into being a real hassle as most local service providers hire nationwide call takers/screeners, which may save them time and money, but can be a real time-consuming hassle, for various reasons, to the prospective customer. NL E&A Service was one of the very few to provide an e-mail address as well as a telephone number directly to their office in which to get their attention quickly, which proved to be far easier than the nationwide gatekeepers. NL procured the appliance I needed, arrived per scheduled, installed and tested it professionally, cleaned the installation area better than he found it, and gave maintenance guidance, all at a quoted ethical price that was less than any of those who so ventured to even quote a price. Needless to say, my experience was far better than hoped for, considering the number of nationwide telephone callers, most of whom knew nothing of what I needed, despite my indicating such in my initial request for service.
