"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

"Incredible job on our acre+ yard...worked incredibly hard to complete the job in a timely manner - even came back after I accidentally cut the line with a shovel while planting a tree and completed the repair while showing me how to repair it in the future if it should ever happen again. Very responsive and great to work with...good people and hard workers all around! Great team!"
