Getting service these days has turned into being a real hassle as most local service providers hire nationwide call takers/screeners, which may save them time and money, but can be a real time-consuming hassle, for various reasons, to the prospective customer. NL E&A Service was one of the very few to provide an e-mail address as well as a telephone number directly to their office in which to get their attention quickly, which proved to be far easier than the nationwide gatekeepers. NL procured the appliance I needed, arrived per scheduled, installed and tested it professionally, cleaned the installation area better than he found it, and gave maintenance guidance, all at a quoted ethical price that was less than any of those who so ventured to even quote a price. Needless to say, my experience was far better than hoped for, considering the number of nationwide telephone callers, most of whom knew nothing of what I needed, despite my indicating such in my initial request for service. Let a word to the wise be sufficient!

Excellent! Family owned and operated. Very fast response and they had our dryer part within a day. Both repair men were very thorough and took their time to explain everything to us. Also, any service call fees to diagnose it was applied to the final repair bill so that saved us some money. I will use them again.

Very professional. Range hood was removed and microwave installed which required wiring for the plug. Price was reasonable and the work was exceptional. Would hire again.
