Choice Home WarrantyChoice Warranty scheduled a appointment within 24 hours with Sears Repair and the repairman was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The only thing is that the part had to be ordered and sent to me before repair. Another scheduled appointment had to to be made to complete the repair. Appliance911On Friday, 2/26/21, I realized my refrigerator/freezer had stopped working -- and my freezer had defrosted. I was stressed as I was leaving town on Monday, 3/1. Appliance911 was so cooperative and they were able to have someone come out on 2/27! I was amazed that they were able to respond so quickly. Justin was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. He anticipated the problem and picked up the part before he arrived. Not only was he courteous and helpful, but he was aware that this LG model was under a class action suit and offered to provide me with information -- truly above and beyond. I am so appreciative of Appliance911 for such prompt response and to Justin for his ability to get my appliance diagnosed and working that morning. Able Appliance RepairCalled Able to work on our Samsung electric dryer. John was prompt and efficient in getting the repair completed. He took the time to explain what was wrong and make the repair quickly. John also showed the concern for our overall safety and took additional time to vacuum the inside of the dryer to help limit fire potential. when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

They are horrible, after signing the quote, they wanted us to finance despite having the funds available knowing we couldn't. Were forced to try to finance to start work. Of course got denied, before scheduling for the job wanted half up front after being told, along with the quote that was signed, payment was due at the end of the job. Had to involve an attorney to get out of the quote to hire another company to do the work that they kept putting off for 2 weeks, if not they were going to come after us. You might have better luck, but I for one wouldn't trust it!
