NL E&A Service was one of the very few to provide an e-mail address as well as a telephone number directly to their office in which to get their attention quickly, which proved to be far easier than the nationwide gatekeepers. NL procured the appliance I needed, arrived per scheduled, installed and tested it professionally, cleaned the installation area better than he found it, and gave maintenance guidance, all at a quoted ethical price that was less than any of those who so ventured to even quote a price.
