"This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for my pool to be closed for the year. That is roughly what I have paid in the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs, just felt like charging $1,100 to close a pool. I did not know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1,000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again."

In fact, my neighbors liked the results so well, they have entered into contract with Greater Ozarks Exteriors (GOE) for work on their home. They were very knowledgeable on new products and provided facts/information, so we could make informed decisions; saving us money without sacrificing quality. "We loved the deck once it was complete. However, our family (who works for the city) informed us that there was no way the deck was up to code. I contacted our city directly and they said a permit was never issued for the work, and that the deck was no where near passing. We contacted David and asked for him to repair or to compensate us financially. He would not work with us, and called me a con. I asked him why he did not get a permit and he said that was our job. I would be fine to get one, but as a licensed builder he should know not to start construction until he sees the permit. As a person he was great to work with, but his work is not worthy of the thousands we handed over. Our deck has been standing for one month and is already sagging."
