I have used Coss twice. He does an excellent job. This time, he cleaned three rooms of carpet, a stairs, and all my patio seat cushions (my cats like to eat their prey on the cushions). He spent over six hours and did a perfect job. Given the time he spent, his attention to detail (i.e. puts plastic under all furniture legs), and overall high quality of work, I thought the price was very reasonable.
After he is gone, you will find a nice note of thanks from he and his wife and a homemade loaf of bread....nice touch.
