"Ivan came to discuss our plan and gave us some ideas , he kept in contact, he came the night before the project start with the contract and he and his helper were here bright and early the next morning. They finished our project in 2 days and also did some extra stuff at no extra charge for us. he and his helper were very easy to work with, was reasonably priced and was very professional. Key-Con came out in an afternoon and had all the column footers poured as well as the walkway forms in place. The next day our stamped walkway was placed & finished. Outside of the speedy & quality workmanship, Tanner was on the phone with me multiple times & had two visits to our house prior to the handshake. He was back out once (probably multiple times) after the work was complete to ensure it was not only up to our expectations but his as well. "Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."
