100% satisfied! Repeat customer for life. I wanted a chain link fence with multiple, different sized gates installed around an oddly shaped piece of my yard, which is on a slope and the ground is pretty rocky. I called Ivan, who is probably the most polite person I've ever met, to come give me an estimate. His prices were fair, and they got the fence installed perfectly. I'm so pleased with my experience that I'm hiring them again for a larger, agricultural fencing project and plan to keep this company as my go-to contractor for other things that come up.

Wonderful company, if I could give them 100 stars for their services I would. Work was done in timely manner, heat index was over 100 and pouring rain they were there getting the job done. Ivan and Phil noticed a couple of other things that needed to be done and fixed them with No Extra charge. They went above and beyond their duty. Can not praise them enough. Thank you guys

Ivan came to discuss our plan and gave us some ideas , he kept in contact, he came the night before the project start with the contract and he and his helper were here bright and early the next morning. They finished our project in 2 days and also did some extra stuff at no extra charge for us. he and his helper were very easy to work with, was reasonably priced and was very professional. We are so happy with the end product. I would highly recommend this company plus we were able to support a small, local and veteran owned business. Thanks again Ivan!

Ivan is very personable. He is very flexible. He listened to my requirements, walked the ground (very uneven) and gave me a fair price. He even did some extra work for minimal additional cost. I could not be happy with the work that was done.

Ivan and his crew did an outstanding job! They were professional both in conversation and skill. The fence is sturdy, well put together and looks great. My backyard doesn't have a level spot anywhere. The fence Ivan and his crew put up is straight and looks as if I paid a huge amount of money. His cost were competitive but his work is top notch! I would hire him and his crew again for sure!

Both the workers were very polite. I thought the job was done well even tho we had to do cleanup after they left. Have also discovered that there are numerous nails sticking out of the pickets , which poses a hazard, especially to Children. I spoke to Ivan, the owner of the company about the problem. He was happy to come right away and get rid of the protruding nails. He said that he had discovered that the nail gun used had malfunctioned and that caused the problem. He has replaced the tool. It was simply an oversight that we had not noticed the nails earlier.

Excellent service! Ivan came out and walked the area I wanted fenced, then he came out again when I had another idea. They had numerous problems getting through all the rock in my yard but the job was completed well within the time frame I was given. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants an honest contractor!

Hard to find decent contractors in my area, called one said he come out and never did. A family member told me about Home Advisor so one morning I put my request in and with in 5 minutes I had a phone call from Ivan. Ivan and his team did some fence and deck repair. Ivan and his team were very professional and the work they did was AWESOME!! Have more projects that need to be done and we defiantly will hire Southern Contracting, LLC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
