They left some small branches in my neighbors yard and on my roof. I was able to clean up the leftovers without calling Joe's crew back. Price was fair for the work that was done!

The cost for repairs was 5600.00. They leveled the patio, repaired stonework on one set of stairs, removed stairs and repaired them with wood stairs on another set of steps, put in a gutter extensionâ  laid a paver pattern at the bottom of the wood stairs. They are to come back and stain the wood stairs. Joe and his crew are exceptional to work with.

The crew was very hard working, fast & courteous. A little confusion & miscommunications to start, but the owner made it right. Got a lot of work done for the money.

I had a large project to be done. They showed up a day earlier than scheduled and was done in 3 days. Removed two big tree and all the old shrubs. Replace everything the next day. At least 12 guys was on site

When I signed the contract I sent pictures and description of the work to be done and detailed instructions because Joe did not take any measurements, no photos, and only a few notes. A couple of weeks went by without any acknowledgement of my expectations. I stressed that we could have renegotiated if he had underestimated the job. I stressed that I needed to be present when the work was done. Poor communication between them and me, and between their staff. The did not come when promised, then came when I said NOT to come, did a half ass job on the yardwork and covered it will hay to hide their inadequate work. The main reason I hired them was to get rid of dead roots that were rotting and causing problems. They ignored that part of the job and just smoothed out the surface. I mentioned rototilling, chopping out roots, etc. Oh, and I was gullible enough to pay them in advance. The steps they built were ugly but after complaining they finally sent someone to sand them down. But the yard looks bad. I do not trust them to come back and fix it, I will have to do that myself. Their lack of professionalism, lack of communication and disregard for me is why I would NEVER recommend them even to my worst enemy.

So happy with this company! Joseph was very kind and his services were at a fair price. He gave me a bid in the morning, and when I called him back a couple hours later to schedule the work, he sent his team over that afternoon! It was great to get that process complete all in 1 day. The crew the came were a well oiled machine, friendly and respectful. They went out of their way to hold up a tarp, making sure that no rocks that were kicked up while digging out stumps would hit my neighbor's car by mistake. I will definitely consult them on my next project! Thank you all!!

Joe Duever, President of All Outdoors, sent a crew three very excellent men to do the work, which included cutting down three trees, removing very many honeysuckle vines/bushes, yucca plants and other vines along my fence. They also ground the stumps of the 3 trees they cut (2 in very tight places) plus one from a tree removed several years ago and hauled away some other tree limbs and yard waste. The crew was very efficient and expert at doing the work and finished in an amazing amount of time. All of this work was done at a VERY REASONALBLE PRICE. I will definitely hire All Outdoors for other tree work next spring or early summer.

These guys went above and beyond. They were very careful to protect my property and the neighbors. They worked hard and sreadily. And when the tree was all down, they did a nice job cleaning up. I had asked them to save some leftover logs for me, and when they were finished the leftover logs were nicely stacked against my fence. The small sticks that were on my roof had been blown off, as was my driveway and my deck where they trimmed my sycamore. They did an amazing job. After the stump removal, it's now like the tree had never been there.

I made the mistake of paying in full at about 3/4 done and have been calling and calling because the basement still leaking. The owner Joseph is still keeping putting me off and I even gave him over a week to iron out the *fires** he keeps talking about and still I have to keep calling and getting excuses. He agreed not to cash the check until everything was completed. I gave him the check in good faith and when my bank notified me the same evening that it had been cashed, I called him and he made a statement **I did not cash it, I deposited it** check. Deposited july 7 and now it is july 28th and I am still waiting to have basement leak complete. Against my best judgment, I should not have paid in full until I was satisfied. I had to call several times to get the concrete work completed also. I had plants and weeds removed in an area and net ground cover install then rocks over it and now I have stuff coming up again, the thing this was to resolve no grass or plants growing back. Again I have been trying to get him out to get things resolved but twice he did not show but check to pick up he was able to make that!
