Prior to the service, he did a thorough job of listening to our water issues and walked around the perimeter of our house explaining changes we should make to help prevent getting water in the basement. Inside he looked around the basement and made a suggestion on where to install the pump. He did an excellent job with it and it has been a rainy 6 months with no water inside."
