I recently had the pleasure of working with The Shower Company for a shower installation, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Not only did they complete the shower replacement efficiently and professionally, but they also went above and beyond when our sump pump failed unexpectedly. In an emergency situation, their team responded quickly, assessing the issue with our sump pump and installing a new one that very same day. It was such a relief to have such a dependable company handle both issues seamlessly. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and truly cared about resolving the problem quickly, even during an urgent situation. From the initial consultation to the emergency repair, The Shower Company exceeded expectations. If you're looking for reliable, professional service, I highly recommend them! They have earned my trust and future business.

Dave and Joe were extremely professional and friendly in every aspect of the job, and even went out of their way to assist my needs. Joe left my place the way he found it, very clean. The tub looks brand new! I'm getting the tile reglazed next week. Very professional owner and employees. I absolutely recommend them.

Go to Bathfitters! At least you know what you are getting. In fact the owner David Schrable worked for them for years and clearly, all he knows how to do is tear out the bathtub and install a shower. Except that is not what he advertised. He went on a local talk show about his new company, promising low rates and quality bathroom remodeling not just shower installation. But he lacks the skills and even worse, the integrity to run a business. We trusted him although he was untested, and he totally failed! Totally failed. This company is a fraud. Everything about it is a lie. Starting with the company website which does not feature any jobs done in St Louis. Despite advertising thst states they operate in St Louis. This website is misrepresenting the facts. David Shrable is shady and a pathological liar who cannot be trusted for anything. He lies about services the company can provide. He lied about the cheap bathroom fixtures he installed despite us paying for more expensive ones. He lied about literally everything. The quality of work they were doing for the 2 bathroom projects started to go downhill pretty fast, and he then did a disappearing act to not be accountable fir the lies he told us. His crew told us he promises things he cant deliver, which is what happened with the marble floor and granite countertop restoration which was in the contract. The paint job in our powder room had to be done over and over again and I asked his partner Curtis what is going on with the lousy and amateur paint job and he responded that he did not have a good answer! That is about as unprofessional as it gets. But thatâ s not the end of it. Shrable installed a new sink top in the powder room without measuring it first and then, only after he installed it, did this idiot realize it was so big the door would not close! He had the balls to tell me that I had to pay for a new wooden door that he could cut smaller to make it fit. Incredible. I let him know that he would be covering the cost of the new door and labor to fix his stupid mistake. The incompetence is almost laughable except it is not funny since he got nearly 30k from us. Ultimately I got him on the phone to implore him to resolve the remaining issues, after he ghosted us for 2 weeks. He tried to say we owed him money!! I actually had to email him the contract becsuse he said he did not have it. Which is pretty unbelievable considering his business is based on contracts. He promised he would finish the remaining issues like swapping out the cheap bathroom fixtures for the high end ones we discussed and paid for. That was 3 months ago and he never followed through. This project was started in April and we are in October without a resolution. Clearly Schrable is a lying scumbag. We are considering legal action against this creep for breach of contact. Dont EVER hire this company.

Excellent company! Very accommodating and flexible. Great quality of work, and cleaned up after themselves every day!
