I have not had any issues with any work he has done and will continue to use his services. He installed a sump pump after the sump pit filled up and my basement got water. He cleaned the excess water, left a fan to air dry the basement, installed a sump pump with drainage to outside the house perfectly. 
I needed my driveway power washed and entrance, he did it in a timely manner and it looked amazing.

His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. "Did a fine job installing water heater, but then the installer apparently did not push out the air in the lines through the house. The faucet in the kitchen then loss water pressure since there was debris from the old water heater in the lines. I was told there would be no charge when they came back to investigate for the inspection fee, but there was. I made my case and then it went away. Overall, they did a great job with the work. Ted and Glen are the ones I would want back. Very experienced at the trade."
