Install was done very professionally. They worked with me to finance the project through a 0% loan which was a nice feature. There was an issue in spring of 2023. They came promptly, diagnosed a bad pump and replaced free of charge. Recently the pump alarm kept going off intermittently. Got a repair tech scheduled to come out same week. He found a issue with how the alarm was placed and replaced that part. Both times that I had issues, thetechs were very knowledgeable and informed me further about how the system works. "This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
