"Ben was very professional and informative. I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. He extended a pipe above the installation in the attic so the installation could not clog up the vent below in the furnace room. He covered his shoes, which is very important to me because of my light colored carpet. Also, he was very nice."

"I described the issue to him over the phone and told him that one of the heating elements was warped. He went and grabbed a new element, came by within a couple of hours and got it replaced in less than 30 mins. Everything seems to be working great now and his price was alot better than most places I called, the other places wanted over triple his cost just for labor alone."
