"From start to finish I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Cole Heating and Cooling were a literal God send. After a month w/o ac Brandi and David went out of their way to makebsure we got some. David was very upfront, honest, and fair. I appreciated his determination to try to help us fix a part to our ac. "I did have Davis & Son repair my Heating system and they did a very good job. When I called to have them install a gas line (about 10 feet), they were going to get back to me with a quote and timeline. That was a month ago - nothing. I called and had another firm complete the work in 3 hours. Disappointed that they never called back."

The cost of R32 refrigerant is about the same as the cost of R410A refrigerant, the most widely available type of refrigerant today. However, R32 systems use about 20% less refrigerant than R410A systems, making the refrigerant less expensive overall.

Twenty years in, that plan should be well underway rather than waiting for the unit to die.
