We purchased a house a few years ago, and it came with a mini-split. We didn't know anything about them, other than cleaning the filters. By this year, it was such a mess it wasn't hardly even running. I called TCB, who communicated quickly and came out to help. The tech explained what he was going to do, and gave me a fresh estimate on site. I approved it, and he went to work. While cleaning, he listened to my concerns, and helped to brainstorm some options that might be better for our family. I'm the meantime, our existing unit is clean and running great. Our house is cooler and smells better than it ever has, I'm sure we're all going to feel better breathing clean air! I'm sure we'll be upgrading to a new system soon, and will not hesitate to call TCB again!

I’ve used this company for various tasks over the last three years, the latest was to install a new furnace. Of course it died in the evening, after the supplier was closed. Travis brought me space heaters to get me through the night until they could get a new furnace the next morning!! Talk about going the extra mile for their customers! The whole crew is very professional and their service is reasonably priced! I’m so happy with them that I’ve recommended them to several friends and family members and they’ve had the same experience. Highly recommend!!
