They fixed the one that we actually called them on. I like the fact that we explained what our issue was and they worked on it for a period of time. They came up with an adequate solution and fixed it without us having to stand there and watch them and try to tell them what to do. They could actually do it on their own. i would recommend them if needed. We would use them again if we had another need. For responsiveness that is a hard one to answer. It took a while to get them here because they were very busy. It took them a few weeks but when they came, they were 100% focused. They got the job done. They were very attentive.I don't know the date, I'm not sure to be honest. I'm not sure Water was actually shooting, we have a very complicated roofline. The way the water was coming at a very steep pitch, and the way the water was coming off the roof when it began to rain quite a bit, the water would run right across the gutters. Then land right straight on the ground. So he had a way of routing it so it did go right into the gutter. He did come up with that way of doing it
