She put my mind at ease about having her there, and told me exactly what she would do. She let me see the products she would use because there are some smells that I don’t like in my house. I was able to continue my own office work undisturbed while she did a thorough housecleaning. I even heard her chatting sweetly with our pets that were very curious about what she was doing there. She was focused, diligent, and everything was sparkling when she was finished! She even got the baseboards behind the doors! She did an amazing job and I have recommended her to several people. "I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."
