I called and asked for an annual gutter cleaning. I was charged for the cleaning I recieved in 2022 with the same photos for January 2023. I had to send in my own pictures as proof that my roof was never cleaned. It took about two weeks to hear back from them. I never recieved an apology for being sent a bill for completed service. The service was rescheduled and completed without any good loyalty to customer, and once again charged me full price.

Guys showed up at the time they said they would. Work was done very well. Would've given them an A rating if it weren't for the slight indent to a section of my gutter possibly due to the ladder used to assist them in getting to the gutters. The damage was not to the point where it affected the function of the gutter.

Responded very promptly and very nice on the phone. From what I can see from the ground, gutters are clean and they must have blown everything away, since there is nothing on the ground.
