They were pretty good. They had a problem where they kept breaking things. It wasn't usually expensive stuff, they dropped my blush compact, and it would splatter all over the cabinetry, and things like that. I used them about 6 years.

Overall they do a great job. They are usually right on time which is important to me because I work from home so it's nice that I can plan that day around when they will be here. It's the same 3-4 ladies that come each time. They're all friendly. It only takes them 45-50 minutes to clean so a part of me always feel like something is being left out. They charge $117 every other week to clean the first floor living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath and toy room. They also clean 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd story. Unfortunately, it was not in our budget to have the entire house cleaned. They do not clean our 4 bedrooms, staircase and hallway or the laundry/utility room. Previously we had a cleaning company that consisted of 2 people that cleaned our entire home for $100. It took them a lot longer but at least it was affordable.

Timely reply to my inquiry. Thorough walk-through the house for a
detailed estimate. Estimator listened to my concerns about strong
fragrances in cleaning products and agreed to use more natural cleaning
products. Crews have been to my house twice. After the first visit, I
received a follow-up call which I appreciated. At that time I expressed
some displeasure with the floors and I know she discussed it with the
crew. On the next visit they apologized and we came to an agreement on
what was to be done. I was happy with the results.

Their pricing goes by rooms and how many hours. It was real reasonable and very good. The ladies that did the work for us - they did some very deep housecleaning and the owner, Sharon, came over and gave the estimate. And they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They wiped walls down and they washed wood work, they did al the big, heavy clean work for me.

I'm submitting a second report because I want fellow listers to know how pleased I am with the job Sharon's folks are doing. To save money, I gave them a list of priority cleaning I wanted done and asked them (after the initial clean) not to go over the minimum time. I happened to be here yesterday and because they'd cleaned before it didn't take them the whole hour to finish the kitchen and bathrooms. They immediately dove in to cleaning other areas of the house; they didn't ask, they didn't hesitate, they knew what they were doing and did it very well. I've dealt with lawyers and insurance agents who weren't as professional as these folks and I'm very, very pleased.

I don't use them now because my niece cleans houses and I am using her now. I used Sharon's Maid Svc for a year or two. They were reliable and they cleaned my house really good. I never had a problem with them. When my niece started her business, I felt obligated to use her. If my niece didn't have her cleaning business, I would definitely use Sharon's Maid Svc.

They are good at what they do. It's easy to do business with them and it's to pay. I feel that their pricing is good. We are actually having an ongoing relationship with them.

About perfect. I had specific instructions about "do this"; that part's generally easier; but also, "don't do this, I will do it myself", (to save time and money, otherwise I wouldn't be able to afford the service). Sharon's crew did everything I asked as well as it could be done and followed instructions perfectly. We are all very happy with this company.

I never met the workers, but they did well. I didn't price the job out so I don't know how they compare.

They come out all year round. They were here today. They are very cooperative about changing dates. Four people come out and do a good job. It usually takes an hour and 15 minutes for them to finish the job. The leader of the team is very good. She sees to it that her team does what I want them to do. My husband thinks they are too expensive.

I used Sharon's for about two years. The first cleaning team that came did a very mediocre job, so I called to cancel the service after two cleanings. The manager (Sharon?) was very apologetic when I called, and asked for a second chance, and said she would assign her best team to me. The team she then assigned was just fantastic. Very efficient and friendly--and very nice to our three knuckleheaded dogs. They always did an excellent job. Every once in a while I'd have to remind them to use a brush to more thoroughly clean the jets in the bathtub--which they would immediately and cheerily do. Every once in a while one of the team would drop and break something while dusting--I have a lot of knickknacks; when that happened, they always left an apology note and a claim form, which I never submitted, because I could easily glue the broken item or the item was not valuable. I REALLY liked the service, but when they raised their price--for the third time in two years--to over $100, I just felt I couldn't afford them any more (since I'm putting two kids through private colleges) and terminated my service. But if I ever look at hiring a cleaning service again, I will definitely call Sharon's. I had switched to them after having used a less expensive local service that I believe was stealing jewelry from my jewelry case. The ladies (and occasionally a gentleman) from Sharon's were not only very efficient, they were very trustworthy. If you don't have to pinch pennies, I would HIGHLY recommend Sharon's.
