"Archway Clean Sweep were great! I just wish I could have used their services. Cindy was very professional and friendly on the phone when I explained what I was needing and scheduled me efficiently. When the chimney sweep men came, they evaluated my chimney from the outside first and came to the door. He said he could do the sweep and charge me, but wouldn't recommend we burn a fire in our fireplace. He walked outside with me and showed me and explained the problems with the original build of the chimney, why it wasn't explained in our home-buying inspection and what would need to be done to correct it. He answered my questions and gave me a referral for a direct vent for a gas fireplace conversion that I asked him for. So refreshing to have a company come out who looked out for the safety of our home & family over making a quick buck. If I had cash, I would have a least given him a tip for the time he took to drive and talk with me. His knowledge was invaluable. We need more businesses like Archway Clean Sweep to take care of our homes!"

"Tim and Jeff were very fastidious in setting up, cleaning, and making sure the house was in good order when they left . We also had an Aeroseal treatment which followed with James and Connor. It did take some time to set up after the vents were cleaned and blown out, but the application of this polymer to close gaps in lthe galvinized steel ducts was remarkable."

"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

"Overall, it went well. The house powerwashing was great and I'm hoping that the additive they use will slow future growth in areas that seem to get dirty quickly. For the windows, I had to go back and double-check to make sure all of them were done (a couple of windows were missed, and many of the tracks were still dirty). I also paid an upcharge for the ceiling fan and had to go back over it myself and found that the top of the blades were not cleaned at all. Overall, they did well, I suggest looking closely at the work before letting the crew leave."
