They did top-to-bottom cleaning. This was the third time I have used B&R Cleaning LLC for the clean-up after a resident leaves one of my apartments. In this case, we had just completed a complete rehab of the studio which included taking down a wall. They did a great job!

We're not really on a schedule with them, I don't feel like I could accurately answer their punctuality. We're going to continue using them for now.

Owner responded very quickly. She was knowledgeable and professional. She has built a great business, and the pride showed in her response and the work of her employees. They did a great job cleaning the floors, windows, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets - every inch of the property. They were there for several hours and the place looked fantastic when they were done.

Cleaning is good, any issues that are found (missed areas) are immediately addressed. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Band R is our regular cleaning company. We've used them every two weeks for 5 years. Very reliable, flexible and professional. I love that they have a team of three who work diligently and with lots of attention to detail. I am very picky, and Band R always does a nice job and even checks in now and then to make sure they aren't missing anything.

Considering the house was empty, this task should have been a cinch. Instead, there were still dust bunnies in cabinets and the closets hadn't even been opened! There was an inch of dust on baseboards in the back of closets. The ceiling fans were barely dusted and the doors weren't quite and quot;clean.and quot; The house was still on the market, so this did not work at all.

They were doing good. I like that it's family-owned. I think they have good staff. They are consistent and I like that the same people come all the time. Their pricing is comparable.

I had never had my house professionally cleaned until this past year. I was struggling with treatments for cancer and my sisters treated me to having my house cleaned by this company several times, including a thorough spring cleaning. It was great! they cleaned the woodwork and even my laundry room during the spring cleanup. Everything was sparkling clean. The floors were all washed or vacuumed, everything dusted. There was no toxic smell. The people were very pleasant and efficient.

They are prompt with their service reminders, on time, and flexible if you need a different time or want additional things cleaned. The house is thoroughly cleaned!

I pay them $250 monthly. Three person team arrives at approximately the same time every other week. They are friendly and very trustworthy. They are efficient and thorough. They use their own green products. They are reasonably priced and I am very happy with the service.

B and R Cleaning has been cleaning our house for over 20 years. The staff is professional, always on time, and they get the job done thoroughly and quickly. I don't have to worry about being at home when they are here because they are completely trustworthy. There is always a working supervisor present with the crew. The owner takes her business very seriously. I have offered items to the workers before and they always refuse saying that they have to have prior authorization from the owner before being allowed to do so. I have contacted Barb for said permission but this also gives me confidence that the crew will not take any items from my home, especially when they won't even accept a soda from me without getting the okay from the owner of the business! At one time, I had left a significant amount of money lying on my dresser and when I got home, the girls had not even touched the money, not even to move it out of the way! I love coming home to my house after it has been cleaned by B and R!!!

B and R Cleaning has been cleaning our house for close to four years. I am very picky, but I am always impressed with the thorough job that the crew does. They are friendly and professional, and since a crew of three clean at once, they are fast! I can pay online, and I get reminder texts the day before they are scheduled. I feel very comfortable with our crew, whether I am at home or away while they are here.
