"Tim and his crew at Triton Exteriors are awesome! My roof was damaged by a large tree branch during a storm at the end of June. I had used Triton for a roof inspection a few years earlier and was impressed. I got three bids from roofing companies and selected Triton even though they weren’t the cheapest. Tim came out to meet me when my insurance adjuster was here. He was able to persuade him to include more money for damages to the interior and the basement. Even though the insurance company only paid for the back slope to be replaced, I elected to have the entire roof replaced with the architectural shingles. Tim met with me to review shingle colors, and also arranged for Marshall to repair the interior damage. "Scheduled site visit 2 days after initial contact.  Roof estimate was provided 2 days after initial visit.  Three days after signing the roofing contract the roof repair was started.  The roof replacement took their crew 2 days to complete.  The gutters and downspouts were installed about a week later due to some weather delays.  Both the roofing crew and the gutter crew left my yard amazingly clean of any construction debris or fasteners.  
My existing roof was only 18 months old at the time of replacement, but required 100% replacement due to extensive hail damage.  A & W Restoration contacted my insurance company with their findings and got my entire roof replaced under my homeowner's insurance policy.  I only had to pay the deductible.  I am an architect so I am very particular about any construction that is done on my house.  I am usually a contractors worst nightmare as I regularly inspect commercial construction projects myself as a part of my regular job.
