"Well....where do I begin. For starters, we had agreed on a start date (which coincided with my vacation from work) but the day before that began I called to confirm. They did not have the courtesy to tell me they were behind and wouldn't be able to start when we had agreed (which had been almost 2 months prior). Demo went well, floors went in, electric was done and had to be redone to add outlets that were agreed upon with the original plans, then the cabinets were installed. I felt sorry for the guy that installed them. He was here all alone to install. He had to go down the street to ask a neighbor guy that was outside to help him bring in the one corner cabinet. He did a great job though but it probably would have been a lot easier and quicker if there were 2 installers. Then, when he was here installing the cabinets, he brought up question as to why they didn't extend the tile floor so that it was completely under all the cabinets instead of ending where they did (we extended the counters about a foot). Now all I can see is that the tile is short and it doesn't look right. No one had even made that suggestion when they did the design. I also think that I paid twice for some things (like I bought my own flooring tiles and countertops and I know that was in the original estimate.) There was a lot of miscommunication or lack of any communication unless I called or emailed them first. Once everything was FINALLY finished, it looked good but am finding things wrong after using the kitchen for the last few months."

"This is our 2nd remodel of our bathrooms and we had 2 bathrooms done at the same time. Because the first bathroom he did was done so beautifully, we used Mychael again in another house for a bathroom remodel. This young man and his team are wonderful. In just a couple of days, we had our bathrooms redone and one is a handicap accessible for my elderly dad. They are beautiful, well done, and the price was affordable!! THANK YOU!!"

"Mark was great to work with. He has a lot of experience and made the process of remodeling our bathroom easy. He did a nice job and went above and beyond to make things easier on me as the homeowner!"

"It did not take long for us to know we made the perfect decision in choosing Harris Renovations for our bathroom remodel! Casey and Wendy both came to our home for the original consultation. The decision, in my mind, was made that day even prior to the estimate. We had never met either of them, I had only based contacting them on their previous reviews. We can say with all honesty, there was no fluff added to anything we had read. This is a time when things were actually as good as they appeared to be! Casey is a true craftsman. This is evident in not only his attention to detail but his artistry. He was able to transform my discombobulated thoughts into a beautiful guest bathroom! Wendy, the glue, the therapist, the designer, the bargain hunter, the make-it-happen gal! She held my hand through the entire process and made an experience that neither of us were looking forward to - dare I say fun! We have a 4-5 year plan for our home remodeling goals and knowing that weâ ve got Harris Renovations to return to throughout the process brings an excitement and security to those goals. Remodeling is not cheap but, being 100% satisfied with the finished product makes the saving over the years well worth it! Thank you Casey, Wendy, & crew for an amazing renovation to our home! "I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."

"I can't recommend Mass Works LLC enough! Thomas transformed my 19 year old deck into something truly amazing. I shared my vision with him, and he suggested incorporating rebar into the design-a suggestion that completely elevated the final look. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. He listened to my ideas, added his expertise, and the result is a beautiful, modern deck that I absolutely love. If you're looking for a contractor who combines professionalism, and quality, Mass Works is the one to call!"

"We initially started out thinking that we just wanted for needed our tub and shower surround replaced. However, after further inspection we found that the floor was rotted as well. Also the exterior wall and rotted from a leak at the window. They were able to remove everything and access the studs and they replaced the rotted floor and the floor joists. I now have an education on what a mud sill, rim joist and floor joists are. Ours had to be completely replaced. We now have a wonderful beautiful functioning bathroom that is not going to collapse in on us."
