"Sherree was wonderful. She came on Easter Sunday to clean our carpets so that we could get inspected first thing Monday morning. Our carpets were in really bad shape from previous tenants. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"They showed up on time and promptly started assessing the extent of the stained carpet. He started spraying the major stains with cleaner and hooked up all the equipment to start cleaning. Took him about 30 minutes to clean the areas that I needed cleaned. He was very professional and very nice. When he was done he even gave me little booties to wear while the carpet was drying.
